- Research assigned topics using online methods such as social media, chat rooms, bulletin boards, Email, B2B websites and various other methods and online tools.
- Analyzing, collecting and presenting results using excel spreadsheets, databases and other formats.
- Recommend and advise strategies, solutions, risks or other factors contributing to the research. 
- Prepare summaries and reports on a regular basis. 
- Multi-tasking on several projects at once.
