Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Manage daily operations for granulation, tablet compression, encapsulation, and coating (film and sugar).
Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to GMP, GDP, and ISO 9001 standards. Ensure all products meet manufacturing specifications and quality controls.
Resource Management: Coordinate labor schedules, monitor material usage, and oversee the maintenance/cleanliness of all machinery and equipment.
Team Leadership: Direct the activities of Foremen and production staff, providing training, development, and discipline in line with company policy.
Operational Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily performance reports, work-in-process logs, and discrepancy reports.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with Quality Control, Logistics, and E&M (Engineering & Maintenance) to ensure smooth material flow and equipment uptime.
Safety Management: Act as a safety lead by proposing work plans, supervising safety officers, and ensuring a hazard-free workplace.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical machinery setup and production yields.

Preferred Training & Skills
Certified in GMP/GDP and ISO 9001.
Strong knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
