Responsibilities:

– Conduct and control manufacturing process of liquid forms/ Tablets/ Cream products to comply with product specifications.
– Ensure on the job working of the operators in order to follow GMP.
– Provide safety equipment and technic to ensure the operators work under safety condition.
– Respond and handle product complaint with the executive within specified time.
– Manage manpower in responsible area for productivity.
- Ensure calibration of equipment, instrument at established timelines.
– Ensure and maintain tools and change parts cleanliness of workshops.
– Provide deviation report, OOS report and investigation report with BPR before time of delivery.
– Revise and update SOP for manufacturing activity and concerned area.
