• Essential Functions :- 

  • Maintain function of Quality Management at ACLIRES BKK according to ICH-GCP
  • Manage the SOP administration
  • Organize Trainings
  • Prepare and Organize System Audits and General Audits

  Responsibilities :- 

  • Perform randomly Quality surveys at ACLIRES, report and follow up the findings
  • Manage the SOP administration including updates and archiving
  • Manage the CV, JD and training administration
  • Prepare and organize Audits (internal and external)
  • Follow up of Audit Reports in close co-operation with the staff
  • Organize and contribute to trainings
  • Prepare training schedules
  • Control site budget
  • Assure that Quality Control Systems are in place according to ICH-GCP guidelines as well as according to the Thai Laws and regulations
  • Establish and maintain training records
  • Establish and maintain an excellent client focus and service-oriented mentality
  • Contribute to ensure that new personnel know the SOPs and ICH-GCP
  • Work efficient with PC tools and programs
  • Continue to learn and to implement new ICH/GCP standards
