About the job

Responsible for purchasing pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and related
Analyze and choose suppliers according to the requirement, deciding the purchasing method.
Tracked market pricing trends, negotiated pricing agreements and terms and conditions, and conducted periodic supplier meetings to review performance and adherence to procurement policies.
Responsible for the supplier qualification, selection, and performance evaluation process.
Control supplier performance and continuous improvement, developing suppliers by aligned strategies.
Analyze procurement requests and verify the fulfillment of technical specifications, quantities, and delivery times.
Propose procurement strategies for the assigned categories and evaluate the possibility of negotiating contracts/frame agreements with the consignment list.
Receiving quotations and executing economical and technical analyses, evaluating the compatibility of offers, or asking for revisions for technical and economic alignment.
Negotiating with suppliers of goods and services in compliance with the strategies provided by the Procurement Manager.
Collaborating and supporting specific projects to ensure delivery time and quality under the internal customer requirements and the total cost of ownership
