หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. You’ll have overall responsibility for a number of clinics in an allocated area. You’ll be responsible for staff and you’ll work closely with other senior managers and department managers. Your duties will include:

Setting sales targets
Maximizing sales and profitability
Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
Driving team performance

2. Oversee individual clinic operations and coordinate activity between clinics

3. Oversee the assigning and delegation of staff work and tasks

4. Manage and monitor manpower planning

5. Hire and train new managers and staffs in their direct area

6. Keep all medical professionals and management informed about healthcare administration

7. Manage the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory

8. Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use

9. Develop and maintain SOP to deliver optimal patient care

10. Conduct or oversee interviews, training, development, and performance evaluation for all new staff members

11. Develop procedures to improve staff productivity.

12. Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with laws.

13. Leading or perform quarterly and annual employee reviews inclusive of

2-way evaluation and feedback and
strategies to increase performance to help them meet professional goals

14. Managing internal and external communications and answering queries about the clinic
