• Control the manufacturing process of cream products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Train and coach Line Leaders and Operators to strictly follow GMP requirements.
• Conduct on-the-job training to improve employees' knowledge and skills.
• Prepare Deviation, OOS, and Investigation Reports together with BPR within the required timeline.
• Ensure timely calibration of equipment and instruments, with no overdue calibration and proper calibration tags.
• Ensure cleanliness and GMP compliance of the manufacturing area.
• Revise and update SOPs related to manufacturing activities and responsible areas.
• Maintain tools and coding change parts in good condition.
• Provide appropriate safety equipment and ensure a safe working environment for operators.
• Respond to product complaints within the specified timeline.
• Drive improvement activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage manpower in the responsible area to meet productivity requirements.
• Ensure completeness of equipment and machine validation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
