✏️ Responsibilities:
- Research and summarize new product formulas (vitamins/dietary supplement) from various credible sources (e.g. clinical trial articles, published scientific papers, etc.) with aims to solve a target customers’ pain point(s)
- Conduct detailed market research into related target consumer health/beauty vitamins/supplements to find new product opportunities
- Provide researched-backed pharmaceutical knowledge on each ingredient and guide our branding team to create marketing materials to best describe our products to consumers
- Coordinate with page admins to provide virtual advice and vitamin/supplement consultation services to our customers
